When we have multiple classes scheduled at the same time, we may hold the more "portable" workshop that doesn't require heat or water elements at a nearby, just-as-nice location so that you can enjoy your workshop to the fullest.

Transform colorful wool into a tiny bird, no experience necessary! Artist, Kathleen Dodge-DeHaven will show you how to needle felt a feathered friend just perfect for the season.

$45 class fee includes all materials; you supply the imagination! If you already have a felting kit with your favorite tools, bring it along.

Class size is 12 students, so sign up soon to secure your place at The Pacific Northwest Art School, Wednesday, April 15th from 5:30–8 PM.

Instructor Bio: Kathleen Dodge-DeHaven is a retired musician with a passion for the visual arts. She discovered the love of working with alpaca fibers and wool after moving to the Island. Now she creates all sorts of whimsical and mythological creatures through needle-felting. Come try it out!
