I need to cancel my enrollment in a workshop. May I have a refund?
Deposits are non-refundable unless the workshop cancels. The $25 registration fee (paid for each workshop taken) is also non-refundable. If you have paid in full for the workshop, all tuition above the deposit and registration fee is refundable if the request is made 45 days or more before the workshop start. If the workshop does cancel you are always entitled to a full refund.
May I transfer my funds to another workshop?
Transfers are allowed as long as the transfer is to another workshop in the same workshop season.
How do I get to the school?
The nearest major airport is Seattle-Tacoma International airport if you are flying. Whidbey-Seatac Shuttle provides service from the airport to all of Whidbey Island.
Do you offer Scholarships?
We do! However the link and documents are only available at the start of the workshop season until the submission deadline. Check the homepage during that period for information.
