Join us on a mixed-media painting adventure where intuitive meets intentional as we explore an array of art materials, techniques, and tools to make our unique marks come alive in vibrant color. We will harness our inner playful child and abandon harsh criticism, instead embracing wise discernment! While making layers of intuitive color our foundation, we will later reveal and cultivate vibrant sea life in the paint. If it happens that your intuitive self sees a beautiful abstract, lush landscape, poised portrait, brilliant bird, or other creature in the paint, you can definitely divert from the theme, as this process lends itself to accepting and embracing what is right in front of you, refining it into what it is meant to be. This class is for artists of all levels looking to let go and have a lot of fun learning new techniques and discovering authentic and personal marks.
